**Purpose of the Position**:

- Create and manage a communication strategy that promotes ENGIE’s brand. Ensure that the organization maintains a positive image with all relevant stakeholders and ensure consistency across all communications._

**Responsibilities and Job Functions**:
Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies and programs that engage, inspire and align employees and other stakeholder’s with the company’s brand, vision, priorities and key initiatives.

Develop content that promotes employee engagement, diversity & inclusion and corporate social responsibility. Develop narratives alongside relevant businesses team for key topics. Planning and execution of corporate events.

Work with Sustainability, HR, finance, operations, public affairs, government relations, relation with communities and other corporate areas to ensure integrated communications planning and execution.

Guide and assist employees, Country Manager, VP Government Affairs & Sustainability and other ExCom members and stakeholders on how to communicate effectively with different audiences including crisis communication. Conducting crisis management procedures and drills.

Tactical and strategic planning for media relations and social media. Cultivating and managing strong relationship with media outlets, journalists and influencers to enhance brand visibility.

**Occupational Profile**:
Bachelor’s Degree required; Communications, Journalism or related field preferred

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong editorial and proofreading skills

Change management knowledge

Social media management

Planning and execution of events

Manage budgets

Critical thinking skills

English advanced

+ 10 years’ experience in managing corporate communications. Proven experience in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations and Social media with a track record of delivering impactful campaigns
