**Role Objective
- We're looking for a Jr. Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data team and have a skyrocketing career with us Come build one of the fastest growing companies in LATAM, work with world-class leaders, and enjoy a day to day of non-stop learning.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining several reports using BI tools (Power BI, Google Sheets, and others) to support leadership and account management team.
- Aligning, developing and maintaining a data governance process to reduce data disparity across the different teams in the country.
- Innovate through new capabilities to improve manual processes (such as automatic reports, integrate Google Sheets with database to create dynamic information, python bots, etc.)
- Optimizing and coordinating reporting and database improvements in BI environment (specially Power BI).

**Key Requirements**:

- Have advanced, practical knowledge of SQL
- Have a good sense for data visualization and the elements for data storytelling
- Have at least 1 year of work experience (internships are valid) and amazing business acumen
- Self driven and goal oriented with the ability to multitask, back by a high level of accountability and follow through to closure.
- Love getting your hands dirty, rather than just building reports
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are not bothered by constant change
- Are a self-starter and have a proven track record of initiating new projects
- Are excited about Rappi's service and the tech space in general
- Are comfortable leading meetings and working under specific deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, consulting and people management skills
- Advanced English Level

**Desired Requirements**:

- Familiarity with Python
