JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join a food and beverage company remotely in Mexico. You be responsible for supporting the network team with data-related tasks and ensuring the accuracy and usability of dashboards. You'll work closely with the lead to review any new data requests. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating Power BI dashboards—this includes extracting data, ensuring it's accurate, and making sure the visualizations reflect the most current information. You'll regularly communicate with project managers to gather updated data inputs and clarify requirements, helping to keep reports aligned with business needs. You will be trained on how to build Power BI dashboards from scratch but come in with the existing knowledge around frameworks and making necessary adjustments. Proficiency in Excel will also be essential for data manipulation and validation tasks. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow their skills in data analytics within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1+ year of experience with data analytics - Experience with Power BI dashboards - Experience with data extraction and maintaining data accuracy - Strong written and verbal English communication, ability to communicate with cross-divisional teams
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Power BI certifications - Data Analytics certifications - Ability to build Power BI dashboards - Power Automate experience
