As a Facilities Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Being responsible for on site facility maintenance, such as landscaping, cleaning - Define the management of the outsourced relationship
- Detecting and signaling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggesting improvements.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
- Contributing to the project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Properties).
- Have on site facility maintenance experience.
- Be able to communicate in English
