You will facilitate the BIM production team liaising with various discipline groups that represent the Architectural, Civil and MEP, groups. In addition, the BIM Coordinator will be part of a global network of office-focused BIM leaders under a Regional Design Technology Leader, governed by IBI's Global Director for Design Technology.This Coordinator would be part of an overall mission focusing on cross-sector synergy (between Intelligence, Buildings and Infrastructure), empowering global work-sharing, standardization and optimization, and shepherding cross-sector collaboration and data harnessing throughout a project's lifecycle.Are you looking for a challenging opportunity with unlimited growth potential? If so then we would love to hear from you.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Perform various Building Information Models (BIM) tasks such as producing, reviewing and managing project drawings and documentation- Perform and check models to ensure that they meet IBI Group and project standards and meet the project's BIM Goals.- Ensure projects have a defined BIM Execution Plan and champion fulfilment of the plan throughout the project's lifecycle.- Understanding what an Asset Information Model is and the importance being produced for a project and managed throughout the project.- Be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing the performance of the models- Act in a leadership capacity to assist the BIM Team for both Design and ProductionMaintain constant communication with the Regional Design Technology Leads to ensure bi-direction communication between staff and the regions.- Assist in troubleshooting processes and files to identify issues and learning opportunities for project teamsQualifications**Skills and Qualifications**:- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM technology support role in the A/E field, including production and coordination- Autodesk Revit certification would be beneficial- Must be proficient in English since the profile will be directly collaborating with international teams- Expertise with either Revit Architecture, Revit Structure or Revit MEP as demonstrated by sophisticated use of software- Familiarity with interoperability between Revit and other disciplines-specific software programs, demonstrating awareness of the differences between BIM for Building, Civil and Plant.- Experience in 3D design and multi-discipline coordination, managing models and facilitating data exchange- Good communication skills for a team-based working environment and for teaching others about best practices in BIM- Excellent team leadership to collaborate with a BIM team for design and production- Ability to problem-solve, document solutions and communicate- Excellent planning and organization skills are required for fast-paced projects- Highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges- Ability to interact with external entities (clients, owners, agencies) to interpret and understand desired BIM or CAD delivery requirements.- **Please submit your Resume and a Portfolio of works in English with each file size under 10Mb**Additional InformationIBI Group provides a competitive benefits package and pays association dues and licensing fees.LI-PL1
