**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to be part of our Supply Chain team in Guadalajara and work with different stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient process for purchasing and supply chain.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Purchase Requisition Request owner
- Common material procurement
- Vendor account set up
- Max & Min
- Optimal Inventory knowledge
- Consignment items
- Supplier negotiations
- PO issuing & Follow Up
- Manage delivery schedule with suppliers and system.
- Supply Chain System update and handling
- Inventory Receiving

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- At least 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with Netsuite ERP
- Proficient in English and Spanish
