We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Operations Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support for purchase order management, vendor coordination, and reporting within a global supply chain environment.This role involves handling procurement processes, monitoring service providers, and supporting returns/recycling operations through accurate data management, communication, and reporting. It is an entry-level role, ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative systems.**Responsibilities**:- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs).- Track approval flows and provide timely updates to requestors.- Monitor budgets, balances, and expiry dates of BPOs.- Prepare monthly KPI and usage reports for stakeholders.- Maintain vendor information (e.g., name, address, VAT updates).- Follow up on invoices and payment status.- Maintain data repositories and documentation related to procurement activity.- Prepare accrual reports and support month-end close processes.- Assist in analyzing and streamlining processes to improve efficiency and cost management.- Provide administrative support to global operations and alleviate bandwidth for team members.- Create and maintain written process documentation.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in procurement and returns processes.**Qualifications**:- 1-3 years of experience in procurement operations, administrative support, or supply chain/logistics.- Basic knowledge of purchase order systems (SAP experience a plus).- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Good written and spoken English communication.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
