Gomez Vazquez International is looking for a Project Administrator to join our global team at our GDL office and collaborate on the Strategic Department,

Helping us to manage project data compilation to accurately and timely provide relevant information to enable business strategic and operational agility.

**Daily activities**:

- Generate a variety of reports: Cashflow, invoicing report, project incomes, projects progress and status, accounts receivable reports.
- Monitor each project progress in order to maintain status information updated and organized.
- Maintain an effective and constant communication channel with the Principals and the Design leaders to keep each projects status information updated.
- Effectively manage all project related data bases at all stages of every project (Excel sheets, Xero )
- Monitor, manage and/or coordinate the invoicing and support with collection processes of each project with a client experience approach.
- Use its critical thinking and analysis capabilities to support in creating strategic and powerful Fee proposals for our clients.
- Collect the documents needed to create the projects´ contracts.

**Skills, knowledge and tools**:

- Administration, Finance or Accountant related degree.
- Excel Intermediate - Advanced
- Invoicing platforms (preferred)
- Client Service
- Languages: Advanced (oral & written) English proficiency
