**BENCHMARK GUADALAJARA IS LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING PROFILE**:Program Administrator**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**:Benchmark provides comprehensive solutions across the entire product lifecycle; leading through its innovative technology and engineering design services, leveraging its optimized global supply chain, and delivering world-class manufacturing services.The industries we serve include: commercial aerospace, defense, advanced computing, next generation telecommunications, complex industrials, medical, and semiconductor capital equipment.**SUMMARY**Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Administrator will be responsible for assists with managing key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:Help to establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.Review and communicate customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams.Review daily production schedule and identify problem areasAssess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to CFT (Customer Focus Team) to resolve issues.Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables.Conduct presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.Interact with customers and/or functional peer group managers.Review status reports prepared by CFT members and adapt schedules or plans as required.Prepare program reports for management, customer, or others.Assist in metrics development and tracking.**REQUIREMENTS**1 year EMS Industry, Program Management, Order Management, Customer Service.Portal interaction for order managementAssist PM on CFT and Customer ServiceExperience in logistics and support to shipment scheduling.Experience in follow-up/support to commercial projects.Advanced English (conversational).Advanced Intermediate Excel (File management with pivot tables and/or macros).Interest in developing in program management areas.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno mixtoPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedorPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- *****, Guadalajara, Jal.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)Educación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- .NET: 1 año (Deseable)- JavaScript: 1 año (Deseable)- Desarrolladores iOS: 1 año (Deseable)- Desarrolladores Android: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)
