**Objective**

This position will support: Building additional efficiencies by documenting processes. Support Innovation: Identify how technology can support on Talent Development processes.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Projects:

- Evaluation and Documentation of processes.
- Information analysis and reporting.
- Process monitoring and follow-up with the regional leaders.

**Position Requirements**
- Education required: college student
- Career: HR, Administration, organizational psychology, or related careers.
- Skills: Organization and attention to detail, Active listening, Communication, Customer orientation, Interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in HR (desirable)
- Microsoft Office (Success factors desired)
- English advanced
