1.Manage all production activities in the Plant. 2-Coordinate production schedules in order to meet costumer delivery requirements eficiency. 3.Analize research on new production processes. 4.Responsible for Production qualities and standards. 5.Work closely with DOMO corporative on product trnasfer and product processes. 6.Share information on new products and enhacement in the production processes. 7. Provide assistance and support to supervisors throught coachingand mentoring. 8.Interprete and adminsiter Company Polity. 9.Set Department goals for KPI's 10. Work closely with supervisors and report in departments to achieve departamental an Company goals. 11. Develop with ohter departments ( QA,Logistic, Engineering,etc) future operational startegies. 12. Perform other escencial and related perimetral dutys as may be assigned.

Experiência y requisitos

Qualifications. 1. Education Mechanic, Electromechanical Industy, Mechatronic Engineer. 2. Work history Experience in Automotive/Construction/Methal Mechanical manufacturing. 3. Goal Oriented, MOtivated, and open mind to work in an international team.
