AUXILIAR DE SOCIAL MEDIA

Objetivo

El objetivo de este puesto, es desarrollar las funciones de copywriting, comunicación y gestión de redes sociales.

Funciones
- Desarrollar estrategias de comunicación para el público objetivo.
- Monitoreo de contenido en redes sociales: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok y YouTube.
- Apoyo en la redacción de artículos en blog de sitios web.
- Revisión ortográfica de piezas gráficas.
- Revisión de parrilla de contenido mensual.
- Gestionar y monitorear redes sociales: publicaciones, comentarios e inbox.
- Dar seguimiento y contestar a las consultas, requerimientos, insatisfacciones que se realicen por redes sociales.
- Implementar flujos de chatbot para automatizar la contestación vía inbox u otros canales.
- Monitorear las publicaciones y novedades del sector, y principales competidores.
- Brindar ideas de contenidos de valor basados en la interacción en redes, plantear estrategias y acciones en redes sociales.
- Control administrativo de Apps Móviles.
- Otras que su coordinador le asigne.

Requerimientos
- 25 a 30 años (preferentemente)
- Egresada de las carreras de Administración, Marketing, Publicidad, Marketing Digital, Ciencias de la comunicación, y/o afines.
- Excelente ortografía
- Dominio de redacción creativa publicitaria y copywriting
- Tener habilidad para realizar investigación y benchmarking
- Conocimientos de marketing digital (planeamiento digital, social media advertising, facebook ads, google ads, SEO, SEM, analytics, marketing de contenidos.
- Manejo de Office, drive y wetransfer.
- Nível elemental Illustrator, Photoshop ó Canva
- Mucha predisposición para aprender y trabajar en equipo

Experiência
- Al menos 6 meses a 1 año en puestos de marketing digital, social media management y/o community management.

Salario: $10,000.00 - $13,000.00 al mes
