El Analista de Nómina 1 es una función profesional de un empleado en capacitación. Requiere amplio conocimiento del rango de procesos, procedimientos y sistemas que se utilizan en las tareas asignadas y una comprensión básica de los conceptos y principios subyacentes en los cuales se basa el trabajo. Debe tener una buena comprensión del modo en que el equipo interactúa con otros para lograr los objetivos del área. Realiza juicios de evaluación según el análisis de información fáctica. Debe resolver problemas al identificar y seleccionar soluciones a través de la aplicación de experiência técnica adquirida, y se guiará por precedentes. Debe poder intercambiar información de manera concisa y lógica, y ser sensible a la diversidad de la audiencia. Tiene un impacto limitado pero directo en la empresa, a través de la calidad de las tareas o los servicios proporcionados. El impacto del ocupante del puesto está limitado a su propio trabajo. **Responsabilidades**: - El Analista de Nómina 1 realiza análisis de negocios para RR. HH. y la organización de operaciones de Nómina. - Documentar especificaciones de cambios en el sistema y respaldar planes de pruebas de aplicaciones de usuarios. - Ejecutar planes de pruebas e identificar discrepancias. - Resolver discrepancias con el personal técnico o de negocios, implementar medidas correctivas y volver a realizar pruebas según sea necesario. - Interpreta datos y realiza recomendaciones. - Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia **Calificaciones**: - Nível básico de experiência en un puesto relacionado (combinación de educación/experiência). - Capacidad de utilizar sus habilidades de comunicación para intercambiar información de manera concisa y lógica, y ser sensible a la diversidad de la audiencia. **Educación**: - Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente. **Responsibilities**: Assist with the administration of compliance procedures and control systems for the business review department, including monitoring, researching and responding to compliance related inquiries across all product lines. Develop information regarding required changes in reports and procedures Participation in the development of projects to automate payroll and tax processes Process improvement with a fresh point of view, new ideas and innovation. Partnering with HR Shared Services Center and HR teams to resolve issues and provide recommendations for improvements. **Qualifications**: 1 year of experience working with Payroll processes, Payroll systems or Payroll taxes. Basic knowledge of Payroll regulations: CFDI, Social Security, Income Tax, Local Tax. Expertise working with excel, access, power query and power BI. Intermediate English. Flexibility to work additional hours outside of normal schedule when required. **Skills**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Able to identify areas of improvement and contribute with solutions. Effective communication to ensure a flawless operation with peers and leaders.
