**Payroll Analyst****YOUR ROLE**As a Payroll Analyst our team, you’llIn your daily job you will:- Prepare monthly reconciliations of payroll accounting accounts- Enter monthly reconciliations and support in the CADENCY system- Track outstanding reconciliation entries- Make monthly and annual balances of accumulated payroll against expenses- Make monthly balances of payroll taxes and IMSS against expenses- Prepare state payroll tax calculations- Process payroll tax payment receipts- Prepare summary forms of ISPT withheld and to be declared each month- Record and prepare accounting policies for adjustments to provisions for payroll taxes, IMSS, vacation pay, holiday bonuses, Christmas bonuses, and public holidays- Record and prepare accounting account reclassification policies- Record exempt and social security records**YOUR BACKGROUND**- Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:- Completed a degree in Public Accounting, Finance, and Business Administration, with experience in Finance.- Knowledge of SAT platforms.- Knowledge of State Finance Secretariat platforms.- Systems management, PNET, and Workday.- Management and knowledge of the LFT (Taxpayer Tax), ISR (Income Tax), and State Laws.**WHY JOIN US?**- **You can grow at Aptiv.**Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity or beliefs.- **You can have an impact**.
