Positions purpose: _**To serve as a centralized information center for all questions, inquiries and complaints. To provide accurate information regarding all tasks and responsibilities performed by the Client Services Representative and to outperform the customers’ expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):_**
- Maintain all necessary files and administrative paperwork required to respond to client and management requests.
- Serve as a liaison between our customers and vendors maintaining all relationships always keeping our culture and world-class customer service in mind.
- Assistant to sales representatives and other departments as a member of our gold team structure.
