We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support Specialist. If you are passionate about problem-solving, enjoy interacting with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced tech environment, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure and maintain CRM automations, workflows, and follow-up sequences.
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Understanding of workflow automations, if/then statements, and lead tagging processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools or processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure proper tagging and organization of leads within the CRM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with the team to implement new processes and optimize existing ones.
- Document CRM workflows and provide training or guidance as needed.
