Role Overview
We’re looking for an entry-level Human Resources Assistant to join our onsite team in Querétaro. This role is ideal for someone with up to 3 years of HR or administrative experience and a strong interest in developing a long-term career in Human Resources. You’ll support key HR processes such as employee records, attendance tracking, onboarding, and recruitment coordination.
This position provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions and is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee files and HR documentation in line with internal policies
- Monitor attendance reports, time-off tracking, and punctuality records
- Assist in new hire onboarding processes (welcome kits, orientation logistics, paperwork)
- Support recruitment tasks including job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling
- Help organize internal communications and engagement activities
- Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team
- Assist with compliance tasks and audit preparations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth employee support processes

- 0 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in Human Resources
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Initiative, adaptability, and a positive, service-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience or internships in HR, especially in onboarding or recruitment
- Familiarity with HR or ATS systems (e.g., Workable, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors)
