Mro Buyer

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
Quote and negotiate prices with suppliers, delivery conditions, quality and services that accomplish the requirements and politics of the campaign in the purchase of machinery, equipment and inputs.
Place purchase orders where buying, payment and purchase conditions are specified, for inputs, equipment and machinery.

Keep control and follow up of delivery times previously agreed for each purchase order assigned the material availability as well for tool crib & requestors

Implement and control the purchase system to be align with due & need by dates with internal clients.

Challenge suppliers for the best cost, payment terms, freight, and other potential savings on all purchases, as well as reduce lead times, and assure the best quality for indirect materials and services.

Implement supply strategies that include cost reduction plans and supply base optimization participating in assigned company teams and or projects to represent the indirect material/services.

Aligns with all safety policies, reports immediately any situation of risk and participates actively with actions to improve safety in his area of control.

Takes and participates in actions that helps keep the Quality System.

Proposes, promotes, and implements improvement proposals and detail them in the system company implemented for this purpose called Business Improvement Proposals System. Improvements that are not detailed in the BIP system, will also be an integral part of their work.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, International Business or Engineering

Fully Bilingual

1 year of experience (Desirable) in:
Supplier development

Management of purchases to stablish best price, delivery method and quality

Outstanding Knowledge in Oracle and its MRO parameters

Proficient in MS Office

Import
- Export legal compliance Knowledge

Indirect warehouse & Inventory experience
