Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Equipment Maintenance Manager _located in _Juarez, South_._
- Reporting to the Manager role involves_ _Directs activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements._

What a typical day looks like:

- Directs daily department activities in order to maximize equipment utilization, quality and support production needs.- Establishes preventative maintenance schedules,- Controls spare parts and consumables needed to perform corrective or preventive maintenance.- Forecast capacity on all PCBA fabrication equipment.- Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.- Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements.- Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations. Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function.- Administer safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.- Generates maintenance logs and other operations metrics.- Generates data and trends to improve MTTR, MTTF on equipment under scope- Administers safety programs to maintain a safe and clean workplace for employees._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _._Expert on hardware, software, programming, calibration, refurbish and preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of all SMT equipment, especially on P&P machines (ASM desirable), PTH ( Wave solder, selective solder), terminal insertion, radial, axial, press-fit automated equipment, conformal/RTV dispensing equipment.- Able to analyze high data quantity and interpret behaviors to prevent and predict malfunctions on equipment- Proficiency in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes._- SMT machine programming_- Previous management experience demonstrating leadership skills._- Intermediate proficiency in English_
