HR Operations Manager - México City

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As HR Operations Manager - México City you will play a key role for Support leaders in Provide local support for supervisors and employees (including addressing concerns raised by supervisors or employees), in the division of Human Resources - People Operations in Mexico City. In this role you will be able to promote and partner in providing a working environment that reflects 3M culture, employee engagement.

The impact you will make in this role
- Direct Accountabilities and execute job eliminations in compliance with local employment, labor requirements, and regulations.
- Partner in the creation of solutions and service delivery that meet business and employee needs.
- Listen, engage, propose a plan, and provide coaching around people and organizational concerns.
- Partner on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, as well as corporate social responsibility and community engagement.
- Lead complex HR projects, initiatives, and certifications (GPTW, Mamá Godín, Merco, Company Reputation, Expansion, etc.).

Your Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree or higher on Business Administration and correlated areas
- 5+ years in a HR business partner or strategic talent management role- Expertise in local labor laws, regulations, and practices.- Strong employee and labor relations experience.- Advanced English
- Availability to work in person in Mexico City

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Union negotiation experience are preferred
- Strong collaboration and the ability to relate well to others at all levels across an organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently influence across all levels.
