**WHAT TO EXPECT**

** Plant** you will be Traffic Coordinator
- You will be working in the Imports Area reporting to the Plant Manager._
- You'll be responsible for importing and exporting materials
- ** I**mprovement with a focus on prevention on legal issues through forwarding agent working as team player.
- Meet legal requirements to import the Materials that Ramos will need for production.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Import materials with legal and customs compliance
- Assure inventory at the forwarding agent warehouse
- Responsible of custom's tariff
- Management of materials inventory at forwarding agent warehouse
- Assure customs compliance and T-MEC operations
- Monitor freight costs
- Keep plant running with import materials on time
- Keep plan inform on status of in transit materials and ETA's.
- Report freight costs to Mexican customs
- Calculate import duties and expenses and request funds to finance
- BL endorsement for Export
- Send paperwork to forwarding agent to import/Export materials
- Responsible of operations at customs: Laredo, Eagle pass, Mexico City airport, Monterrey airport.
- Forwarding agent bills review to confirm right fee and right expenses

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in the same position
- Bachelor's Degree in Internal Business Trade preferred.
- 80% of English (Able to communicate)
- Keeps self-control in hard situations
- Detailed oriented while being conscientious of aggressive timelines
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel) and Oracle
