Qualifications
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a marketing project manager, with experience leading and managing project teams and project managers
- You’re passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping others succeed
- You have a deep understanding of marketing campaigns and goals, and you’re skilled at communicating across teams, managing multiple priorities, and proactively anticipating and avoiding project delays
- You have strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and achieve deadlines

**Responsibilities**:

- In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team to deliver on marketing campaigns and goals for our clients
- Help agency team members meet client experience objectives by driving and defining initiatives
- Empower creative teams to organize and manage their roadmaps, projects, and communication plans by leveraging project management tools
- Act as an internal quality control check for select projects
- Collaborate with team members to create monthly client reports that fully reflect the team’s efforts and results
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and supporting tasks as needed
