Senior Data Analyst

Join our FinTech Compliance Team as a **Senior Data Analyst**, where you'll blend data engineering and analytics to develop and maintain end-to-end reporting pipelines.

**Responsibilities**

- Build and maintain robust reporting pipelines for the Compliance Team
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and integration specialists to design reporting solutions
- Develop and optimize SQL queries using Databricks and Snowflake
- Create data visualizations using Tableau to communicate insights effectively
- Analyze product business metrics and calculate key performance indicators
- Implement ETL and ELT solutions to ensure reliable data flow
- Prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work at a fast pace
- Support data quality and integrity across web-scale databases
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders with strong verbal skills
- Troubleshoot and optimize PySpark jobs within data pipelines
- Document processes and maintain clear reporting standards
- Assist in pipeline orchestration and scheduling
- Monitor data workflows and resolve issues promptly
- Adapt to evolving business requirements and compliance needs

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of SQL experience with Databricks and Snowflake
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, preferably Tableau
- Experience with PySpark for data processing
- Knowledge of ETL and ELT pipeline development
- Familiarity with web-scale databases such as Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery
- Understanding of product business metrics and KPI calculation
- Ability to prioritize and deliver work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with business acumen
- Experience working in FinTech or compliance environments preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines
- English proficiency at the B2+ level or higher

**Nice to have**

- Experience with Apache Airflow for pipeline orchestration
- Knowledge of Salesforce Tableau integration
- Background in stakeholder management
