Responsabilities

Completes tasks for the support function of the Materials Handling unit under direct supervision, following routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
Loads, places, and transports equipment using dollies, hand trucks, desk jacks, vans, forklifts, and high cube truck vehicles.
Inspects equipment and vehicles to ensure safety and functionality for the transportation of supplies and materials.
Processes all inbound receipts and provides administrative support for receiving processes to maintain accurate documentation.
Collects company warehouses' inventory information, including type of stock, shortages, overages, and other pertinent information to determine stockage needs for company operations.
Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Prepares kits for issue to the floor following production planning prioritization.
Manages inventory storage and placement (vault attendant)
Notifies Production Planner of material shortages
Release batches to manufacturing through MRP System.
Cycle count when needed
Follow current compliance regulations and standards
Perform other jobs as required
Ensure compliance to the quality policy in all activities
Support and promote the safety and industrial hygiene objectives of the plant
Support continuous improvement programs such Lean Manufacturing, kaizens, 6S, etc.
Maintain accurate WIP reports vs. Production plan.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and
AFFILIATIONS*
Strong computer skills
Good communication skills, to interface with manufacturing, engineering, materials management,
quality control, purchasing, customs and all other departments as needed.
Good basic math skills
Knowledge of ERP Systems concept ( MRP)
Previous clerical experience desired
Previous manufacturing experience desired
Basic English writing and reading skills preferred.
