Salesforce Technical Architect I

We are seeking a seasoned **Salesforce Technical Architect I**to lead and manage our project focusing on Salesforce platform integration within the telecommunications sector.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Guide and mentor a team of developers and technical experts
- Communicate regularly with client managers and development teams to align IT strategy
- Educate on new frameworks and promote best practices for solution designs
- Analyze technology trends and explore innovative solutions for continuous improvement
- Oversee technological risks and collaborate with stakeholders for decision-making
- Coordinate activities and translate design concepts into operational IT solutions
- Deliver new functionalities, perform maintenance, and optimize through refactoring
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development
- Extensive expertise in the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities and limitations
- Skills in Salesforce Apex, Automation Processes, CPQ, DevOps, Integration, and Requirements to Solution Mapping
- Proficiency in leading large technical teams in the telecommunications domain
- Competency in problem-solving and analytical skills to address platform limitations
- Flexibility to work under tight deadlines with a resilient and proactive attitude
- Strong English communication skills (B2+ level)
**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with Conga Composer
- Understanding of MuleSoft
- Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps Center
- Knowledge of Salesforce Maps
- Background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Territory Planning
