The **_Quality Manager_** at BC CONDUCTOR TECHNOLOGY SA DE CV will play a vital role in maintaining the quality standards of our products through effective management of the quality department and rigorous enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Quality Manager will lead a team of professionals in testing and assessing the quality of materials, including raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods. Additionally, the Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall quality of the plant's operations, tracking quality-related data, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:_**
- Manage the Quality Department: Lead and supervise a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure that quality objectives are met.
- Enforce SOPs: Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures to maintain consistent quality standards throughout all manufacturing processes.
- Material Quality Testing: Oversee and participate in the testing and evaluation of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Plant-Wide Quality Oversight: Take responsibility for the overall quality of plant operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of quality-related data, including testing results, defects, and corrective actions, for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and quality improvements, driving efficiency and excellence in our operations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements related to quality and product specifications.
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the quality awareness and skills of team members.
- Quality Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to assess adherence to SOPs and quality control processes.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on quality performance, issues, and improvement initiatives for management review.

Qualifications:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the cable or wire conductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to drive positive change.
- Intermediate level of English.
