Management of the production activities of the plant. Achievement of target and planned indicators in terms of production output, operational efficiency, quality and productive capacity.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Planning and мanagement of the production activities of departments in the long and medium term.- Control over the development of enterprise plans, setting and monitoring of the implementation of the set plans and tasks on a day/week/month/quarter/half-year/year basis.- Ensuring of the implementation of the production program in the given nomenclature volume and terms of production.- Quality control of products, searching of the ways to improve and expand the range.- Control over the implementation of labor protection standards, industrial hygiene, sanitation, fire safety and safety at work, labor discipline at the enterprise.- Control over the development of standards for the use of basic consumables.- Implementation of projects for improvement of the efficiency of production and enterprise- Introduction of new products and goods into the production program**SPECIFIC SKILLS**- Negotiating Skills- Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel- Organizational skills for efficient office control.- Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts.- production capacity of the enterprise and its production base;- nomenclature of the output product, types of work (services) performed;- basics of production technology; organization of production planning at the enterprise;**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:- 5-7 years of experience in Production Manager- English language 85%- Production systems- Equipment maintains systems- Experience in metalworking desired- Good basic education in science and engineering- Experience in working with automated production linesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensa**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per monthWork Location: One location
