Summary
The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing room revenue and profit associated across the all customer segments. Recommends and maintains pricing, positioning, and management of rooms inventory through systems. This role develops strategies to increase room and overall revenue for the hotel; focusing on profitability with optimal channel and segment mix. Identifies future opportunities and effectively communicates with Sales, Marketing, & eCommerce. Responsible for developing the annual rooms revenue and Business Plan with Sales & Marketing, and achieving the KPI’s established.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of revenue management experience in a full-service property.
- Languages: advance skills and fluent in Spanish and English.
- Analytical, thinking out of the box and interpersonal skills are must.
- Strong knowledge of reservations, sales & marketing, including the Global Distribution Network; Hotel financial statements.
- Must be proficient in the use of hotel PMS, CRS and RMS systems; excellent writing/presentation skills.
- Extensive knowledge of forecasting and interpreting/analyzing results to plan and conducting budget analysis.
- Wise maker decision with professional personality to handle owners and corporate relations.
- Leadership focus in caring people, setting and tracking goals, talent development and team-work/building.
