Trilingual Customer Service Agent

At TATA Consultancy Services we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Trilingual Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Assisting with the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
- Identifying and suggesting opportunities for process improvements
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (oral and written)
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
