EHS & Sustainability Supervisor

This position is part of our Corporate segment in Juarez, Chih. Mex.

**Your Role**

As an EHS & Sustainability Supervisor, your day-to-day will consist of the following:

- Administration and supervision of Environmental and Health and Safety Technicians and engineers.
- Ensure and maintain the SAA implementation and certification (ISO14001)
- Ensure legal compliance and other requirements regarding the Environment and Hygiene.
- Manage chemical control and maintain authorized and regularized chemicals.
- Manage and supervise the process of Hazardous and non-hazardous Waste.
- Develop the necessary activities for the fulfillment of Objectives, Goals, and environmental programs.
- Keep updated on corporate and legal environmental metric systems.
- Supervision in the preparation of authorities reports as FRE and COA
- Keep permits up to date. Applicable environmental licenses and authorizations and their conditions
- Develop and provide the necessary Environmental and Hygiene trainings
- Keep updated the System of Lessons Learned and electronic waste management logs.
- Manage the clean industry program and Corporate audit.
- Ensure the completion of Studies on Hygiene, water, atmospheric emissions and the implementation of corrective actions derived from them.
- Planning, administration and supervision of EH&S events such as sustainability week, Earth Day, Health and Safety Day, etc.
- Management of quotes, purchase orders and supervision of EHS&S service providers.

**Your Background**

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

- **Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental, and Biology. ISO 14001 certification preferred**:

- **3+ years’ experience in Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability management systems**:

- **Intermediate English**:

- **Knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability Management, Legal requirements applicable to EHS&S, Document control, and Personnel administration. Procedures with EH&S authorities, Administration, and planning of audits and inspections.**:

- **Understanding of manufacturing & Industrial operations and track record of working in an international corporate environment.**
