Acuña Coahuila**EHS & Sustainability Coordinator**Objective:Supervise implementation, maintenance and improvement of PKC EEHS Management System in Mexico and USA operations. Coordinate gathering of sustainability data and ensure accuracy of reporting.**Responsibilities**- Comply and ensure compliance with PKC EHS Policy and Energy Policy.- Monitor compliance with EEHS management system requirements focus on ISO 14001, 45001, 50001.- Coordinate with local EHS managers maintenance of the EEHS Management System.- Verify compliance with EHS & Sustainability Objectives and support locations on development of action plans to achieve Objectives.- Verify reporting of energy data on Gensuite Benchmark System.- Respond to the sustainability questionnaire required by interested parties.- Determine EHS & Sustainability Training material and strategy among PKC locations and monitor compliance.- Develop EHS & Sustainability Awareness Campaign including sustainability campaigns and monitor and report compliance.- Propose changes for improvement of the EEHS Management System and ensure implementation.- Participate in the Internal Audits as internal auditor and external audits of ISO 14001, 45001, 50001, E&Y, and others as required.- Review quality of evidence provided to comply with the EHS Kanban System.Perform other duties as assigned**Required Profile****Education and Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Chemical Engineering or another EHSS related field.- Ten years’ experience in a similar job position, preferably.- ISO 14001, 45001, 50001 Lead Auditor, preferablyFluent English**Skills/ knowledge requirements**:- SharePoint Site Management- Good communication skills.- AdministrationLeadership**Technical/Business Knowledge**:- USA & Mexico EHSS Legislation knowledge.Sustainability data reporting.**Competencies**- Building Customer Relationships- Customer Focus- Positive Approach- Leading TeamsResolving Conflict**Benefits**- It is an active full-time vacancy with competitive benefits.you Equal Opportunity Employer - Inclusive Company.**Steps to apply
