As a **Production Technician**, you will coordinate and supervise human and material resources, following the established rules and procedures, to guarantee compliance with the production programs on time. This position reports to the production lead. **Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate the tasks related to each manufacturing stage, to guarantee compliance with the daily production schedule. - Supervise compliance with the established guidelines, standards, operating conditions and security to guarantee the continuity of the process. - Review the consumption of materials and process times in the system, to guarantee the correct consumption and have an optimal control in the inventory. - Analyze the results of the area's indicators and, based on their behavior, take corrective or preventive actions that help achieve the established goals. - Capture Communicate deviations to the daily production program, so that adjustments are made in human and material resources in order to comply with and define said program. **Qualifications** - 1 to 2 years of experience - Bachelor's degree, chemical Engineer or Industrial Engineer - Experience in the processing industry - Intermediate English - Knowledge of Core Tools, IATF, Lean Manufacturing, ISO and Excel. - Availability to roll shifts **You will have benefits: Holidays, Health Insurance, Life Insurance.** On-site work scheme LI-On Site, #PPG **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
