The Talent Acquisition Operations Intern supports the talent acquisition team with the appropriate follow-up to the background check process and the creative duties of the area.

This role is open to undergraduate students currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program focused on the following careers: Communications, Psychology, Industrial engineering, Administration and International business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on the background check process for new employees.
- Creation and improvement of digital flyers, invitations, mails and general letters.
- Support on job fairs for universities.

**Required Skills**:

- Creativity skills.
- Great English and Spanish written and spoken communication.
- Team spirit.
