Scope

Provide leadership, support and guidance to the operations team, as well as to the value supply areas. Regarding Engineering, it will develop, review and improve the processes that must be implemented, being a key resource in preventing and resolving any matter related to equipment technology.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree (Industrial Engineering, Production or Manufacturing Processes)
- Full Bilingual (Spanish-English)
- 8 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations (production or engineering)
- 5 or more years of experience as engineering manager
- 5 or more years experience in harness manufacturing processes.
