**Goal of position**:
Providing Support to Accounting Coordinator preparing Financial Statements and Reporting information for proper decision making and compliance in time and form.

**Formal prerequisites**:

- Fluency in Spanish and English (Both written and spoken)
- SAP FI-CO
- Elaboration and analysis of Financial Statement 1 year experience.
- AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Fiscal knowledge.
- JE postings experience
- IFRS and local GAAP knowledge.

**Tasks**:

- Provide support on JE and accruals during month end close in order to conclude Controlling requests.
- Analyzing and reconciliating accruals each month end close.
- FACTS figures analyzing in order to provide P&L explanations.
- IFRS15 postings.
- Bank Conciliation reviewing.
- Insurance and Amortization postings and conciliation.
- Inventory reconciliation
- Cost of sales reconciliation.
- Sales and invoicing reconciliation.
- Preparing paperworks and Financial Statements in order to fill out RNIE//Registro Nacional de Inversiones Extranjeras, DISIF//Declaración Informativa sobre su Situación Fiscal and Anual Declaration
- E-Accounting, doing a conciliation with tax department.
- Provide support to Accounting Coordinator on Financial Statements Audit.
