Ubicación:Puebla, MX, 74160ID de requisición de personal: 4024**Goal position**:Develop and maintain Schaeffler’s internal processes and system set-up, according to fiscal updated issued by the Mexican Tax Authorities (e.g. Electronic Accounting)**Formal prerequisites for the position**:- Accounting degree- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)- SAP; S/4- 3 years of experience in similar position- Accounting knowledge- CFDI’s knowledge- Mexican federal tax code knowledge- MS office applicatons**Tasks**:- Electronic Accounting Activities- Mapping of accounting accounts in SAP according to the grouping code of the tax authority. (each month)- Sending a translation request for the accounting accounts used during the period.- Creation of trial balance XML files for Mexican Legal Entities- Technical validation of trial balance XML files for Mexican Legal Entities- Creation of chart of accounts XML files for Mexican Legal Entities- Technical validation of chart of accounts XML files for Mexican Legal Entities- Creation of accounts auxiliary XML files for Mexican Legal Entities- Technical validation of accounts auxiliary XML files for Mexican Legal Entities- Contact between IT Schaeffler and consultants.- Request information on master data from the different departments involved.- Analysis of information flow in the system.- Write changes or improvements in electronic accounting processes.- Data tests in XML files for Journal Entries.- Check if the UUIDs of the invoices, credit notes and debit notes are in the correct SAP fields.- Support stamping travel expenses in SAP to get the UUIDs in the correct fields.- Creation of desktop procedures related to the position- Developments needed on the payroll CFDI side for the journal entries and/or z-folio report- Collaborate with the Tax area in projects related to the updates of the tax legislation in Mexico- In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his supervisor that are essentially related to his duties**Soft skills**:- Proactive- Responsible- Manage frustration level- Comunication- Team workNos gustaría que te unieras a nuestra gran Familia
