Specialist Solution Developer

Understand and architect the technical solution from design through to code level.
- Collaborate with customer's end users and IT teams to develop and deploy the best solution.
- Collaborate closely with other functions during each phase of the development cycle to ensure robust and smooth Application delivery.
- Pushing the agenda of continuous improvement in the workflow of the development area Independently and/or via leading a team of developers deliver high quality code using Agile Scrum development practices. Promote,

- Lead multiple development projects simultaneously from design through to production.
