Bachelor of Engineering preferred, model of engagement and promotor of Quality culture, focused on customer satisfaction being Single Point of Contact with customers VO Plants (PVT) working through problem solving or support as required.
Quality specialist with deep knowledge in powertrain products, validation testing, and performance in charge of plan vehicle road test strategies and teardowns, leading garage operation process delivering valuable, useful and punctual testing results as process outputs.
- English (Fluent)
- Desirable experience as _Quality Engineer, Process engineer in automotive industry (powertrain), and _Mechanical Vibration _
- Mechanical & automotive fundamental knowledge

1. Be Single point of contact with customer in charge of coordinates and Lead Standardized and extraordinary Quality Team Meetings with customer and involved team
2. Lead and conduct problem solving team for plant scope and any customer concern giving fast and effective response and support.
3. Keep and ensure continuous monitoring of customer system including proper binning until successful closing.
4. Make sure the identification, knowledge, understanding and adherence to applicable Global Quality Standards.
5. Make sure the accomplishment of product & process evaluation through control plan monitoring and the adequate reaction plans as required.
6. Interpret, understand and has adherence to applicable Global Quality Standards and ES (Engineering Specifications) and make recommendations.
7. Collect and report Plant Quality external indicators as required and looking for the continuous improvement working with productive areas SME.
8. Controls all considerations and expenses of return parts from the request until invoice
9. Responsible for deliver results for road test and teardown and specific studies
10. Keep all vehicle test inventory in Company Cars Portal
11. Guarantee the availability of vehicle test and equipment making sure the maintenance and calibration management including supplies and services
