**Content Delivery Process Owner**

AstraZeneca seeks a Content Delivery Process Owner within the Global Business Solutions, Commercial Operations vertical. This role is a key Global Omnichannel Commercial Operations member, reporting to the Director of Global Omnichannel Content Delivery. This person will serve as a Content Excellence Manager across local and global marketing teams to help refine marketing content and build ground-breaking thought leadership content across various mediums, spanning a broad range of therapeutic areas and channels. This person is a skilled influencer adept at communicating complex concepts and driving innovation across AstraZeneca's marketing community.

The Content Delivery Process Owner has accountability for driving AZ business outcomes as related to content across AZ. The incumbent for this role must have the ability to effectively engage, influence and challenge key collaborators in order fully bring to bear the capability. The Process Owner must also ensure satisfaction and ongoing continuous improvement of existing capabilities and team abilities. The Process Owner requires eye for business in pharmaceutical content development and delivery across channels, strong leadership skills, solid understanding of digital marketing and cultural awareness in order to develop and empower their respective direct and indirect team members located among multiple partners and delivery centers across the globe.

- Take accountability for content production processes, and seek to evolve such processes to drive speed, quality, and cost efficiency by the operational teams that bring to bear those processes
- Establish, introduce, and drive adoption of content templates across relevant channels that will drive content standard methodology adherence and operational efficiency, while also providing necessary levels of flexibility to creative teams.
- Establish and introduce frameworks that can support Global Brand Marketers in creating relevant content that will be adopted by Local Brand Marketing teams.
- Manage Website Delivery associated with websites driven by Global Brand Marketing teams. Work across verticals to develop content templates to support the entire spectrum of promotional activities, develop and implement Quality Standards
- Establish strong relationships across internal collaborators to deliver content excellence standards
- Identify and track key metrics to evaluate performance of content delivery processes.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering customer facing content within the pharma industry or marketing within a life sciences company
- Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree (MA or Ph.D.) is preferred
- Strong leadership skills and coordination across teams
- Outstanding project management experience. Proven experience pharma marketing and process operations
