- **Generation and follow up of the LATAM orders** and shipments including documentation ensuring fully compliance of local and export requirements for different countries
- **Support on claims process** through the identification and analysis of customer disputes.
- ** Customer service activities,** providing response/solutions in a timely manner to requirements from external and internal customers.
- ** Provide KPIs and operational indicators**, understanding root causes.
- ** Generation and validation **of intercompany and commercial invoices.
- ** Identify and communicate process issues** and opportunities to the supervisor/ team leader.

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Experience required 1 year in a related field required.
- Strong English Speaking and comprehension skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Degree/ Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Business-Related
- Knowledge Excel (intermediate or advanced), Word and PowerPoint.
