The Communications Manager will ensure the successful execution of the communications and marketing strategies across Carrier’s Mexico campus (CMX) to develop Carrier as the regional Employer of Choice. This role will develop and manage an effective and efficient strategy including key messages and local / regional campaigns while also providing support to the site leadership team. This role will partner closely with Corporate and Business Unit Communications, HR Business Partners, and local site leadership team to ensure alignment with Carrier’s overall communication strategy.

The incumbent must have a strong technical understanding of multiple communication channels to ensure that success stories and key messages are properly promoted across all relevant stakeholders to position Carrier as the employer of choice.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Distribute communications that promote the company as well as individuals and groups within it
- Manage social media content and virtual groups to enhance the company´s online prof.
- Attend relevant events and activities to represent the company and build strong relationship with key local community members.
- Establish KPI´s, scorecards and an effective escalation matrix to provide transparency about the outcome of this area
- Identify key target groups (employees, applicants) and communication channels to improve the impact of communication.
- Search alternatives to optimize the impact of internal campaigns inspired by local industry trends, local competitor data, and other sources
- Plan, coordinate, execute internal communications meetings, town halls, and key events within the CMX Campus, working with the local BU and Corporate Communications when necessary.

**Required Qualifications**
- Master’s degree or with 7+ years of experience in communications or related field
- Fluency to read, write and speak in English.
- Experience managing employee communication, marketing, and Corporate Communication

**Other Qualifications**
- Professional presence and ability to communicate across all levels within the organization.
- Experience writing content in a business environment.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Relentless drive to overachieve, outstanding team player, strategic mind but detailed oriented to execute, ability to triangulate opinions to formulate actions.
