**About the role**
- Establishes elements of commodity / account management and strategic sourcing plans.
- Develops supply chain standards and networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc.
- Approves the selection of suppliers to meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply.
- Establishes strategy for negotiating awards contracts, specifying spending limits and qualified sources of supply.
- Partners with internal clients and stakeholders to identify sourcing needs.
- Reviews and recommends supply markets to source for the best practices.
- Directs negotiations with suppliers, and analyzes suppliers' operations to determine factors that affect prices, and to determine the lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability and ability to meet required schedules.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Sr Sourcing Mgr, you’ll be responsible for:

- Provide strategic leadership and category oversight to include sourcing strategy execution, negotiations, contract implementation and performance against established targets.
- Manage supplier relationships, communicate changes to category strategy, execute joint collaborative initiatives, and monitor supplier contract negotiations.
- Develop Consulting preferred supplier program.
- Operational and spend analysis, development and execution of annual sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, supplier performance management & operational support.
- Build and maintain relationships throughout every level of the organization, that results in dynamic interactive dialogue on a broad range of perspectives and information critical to identify sourcing needs and leading to the development of optimal approaches and solutions.
- Develop deep supplier relationships with strategic suppliers to include data review and analysis, performance management and development and improvement of end-to-end value, and bring innovation to the business.
- Identifies business demand requirements and partners with Business Units to deliver annual value improvements and drives competitive advantage.
- Responsible for overall relationship with multiple strategic accounts across a given category.
- Leads sourcing process from RFQ to contract signature.
- Ensures supplier or commodity is performing to the designed requirements from delivery, quality and cost perspective through established governance programs.
- Escalate issues that may impact the supply chain organization and effectively manages issues.
- Strong project management capabilities to support effective initiative, program and spend tracking.
- Committed to supporting supplier diversity and other important supply chain initiatives.

As a minimum you must have:

- +8 to 10 years of experience as a Supply Chain Mgr or Sr Sourcing Mgr.
- Bachelor´s Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Mgm, IT Digital or related.
- Broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.
- ARIBA (Avanced)
- Excel mandatory (Avanced)
- Advanced English
