Director of HR Shared Services

**Required (Basic) Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree. (HR, Business, Management, or another related field preferred)
- 3+ years of leadership experience within Human Resources and/or a Shared Services environment.
- 5+ years of experience in shaping & running HR transactional operations within payroll, data management, data analysis as well as support for development and training and talent acquisition in a matrix organization.
**Additionally, we are looking for**:
- Effectively translating business priorities/needs to design and optimize operational performance in productivity and efficiency for HRS
- Advanced stakeholder management and networking skills
- Extensive Communication and presentation skills
- Change management experience
- Strong people leader with team player mentality and ability to work with and through others
- Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal
- Ability to navigate consciously across different cultures
- Metrics-driven professional with passion for digitalization and continuous improvement
- Managing system implementations, upgrades and integration projects preferred.
- SAP Payroll, Ultipro Payroll, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and Power BI preferred
- Fluent English language skills are required and fluent in Spanish preferred
