Join our MAHLE team #StrongerTogether Your Contribution; Work actively to manage and deliver HR Shared Services with responsibility for Regional HR SSC located in Europe/ Americas/Asia Create shape of future Regional SSC direction and strategy development in cooperation and alignment of Regional HR Responsible, Global HR SSC Head, SSC Management Team and Centers of Expertise Coordinate middle and long-term goals of the Regional SSC, develop and implement a strategy to achieve them Responsible for Employees within Regional SSC. Create an environment where all Employees are engaged and constantly learning Perform a key role in leadership, coaching, driving engagement, diversity and mentoring efforts Deliver SLAs/KPIs and improve effectiveness, efficiency and quality of the operations for all HR processes each year Ensure adherence to global and regional guidelines, processes and methodologies within the Regional SSC Your Experience & Qualifications; Academic degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field Min. 5 years of professional experience in the area of HR services including, managerial experience in SSC/BPO or HR Operations Experience in a global company (multi-sited) with exposure to leading edge HR practices Experienced with Success Factors, PeopleDoc, SAP HR and ticketing systems would be an advantage Fluent English, additional language will be beneficial (e.g., German) What we offer: We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities, attractive salary & extensive personal benefits.
