As a working lead, you will also actively participate in content migration tasks or jump in to assist the team directly where needed, ensuring project momentum and providing hands-on support.
What You'll Do:
As a Content Migration Team Lead, you will:
Lead Content Migration:
- Oversee content migration from old platforms to Apptegy's CMS, improving website presentation and user experience.
- Ensure high-quality standards and drive process efficiency.
Coach & Develop Team:
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to support individual and peer growth.
- Identify strengths, encourage collaboration, and maintain high performance expectations.
- Address team barriers and partner with HR on performance challenges.
Drive Accountability & Adaptability:
- Ensure team accountability for goals and outcomes, celebrating successes and addressing underperformance.
Champion Client Needs:
- Understand client needs and industry pain points, demonstrating how Apptegy creates value.
- Communicate openly, empathetically, and provide relevant context for team success.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in content migration or web development.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
