**Entry Mechanical Engineer Position**:

- Job Description_
- Participate in assigned long-term preventative maintenance programs and projects.
- Involve in department’s routine operations by handling repairs and assisting management with administrative duties.
- Perform major repair of hired mechanical systems.
- Prepare process plans for new parts, time studies and prepare quotations for parts.
- Determine equipment required and justification through conducting feasibility studies.
- Install initial startup of engineering equipment.
- Perform and record machine tool capability studies / root causes analysis.
- Identify and debug for production problems as needed.
- Modify processes to enhance operation productivity.
- Able to commit to work on day or night shift as per job requirement.
- Committed to accomplish their individual tasking..
- Managing parts inventory
- Documenting their work and keeping tools and facilities clean
- Resolving on site malfunction
- Manage field activities and implement engineering design changes if needed.
- Communicate skill to determine needs and explain complex issues.
- Able to stay contactable.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Basic understanding of thermal, structural, and material science.
- Proficient in using 3D CAD modeling SW and associated Finite Element Analysis tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attitude and desire for self-improvement and independent problem solving
- Desire to learn and implement product testing, validation and qualification methodologies
- Enjoy working in a thriving, fast paced team atmosphere.
- Willing to work long hour if required.
- Willingness, ability and desire to travel internationally to work with customers and team members.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (in order to work with Chinese speaking customers to gather requirements, review designs, gather feedback and create an execution plan).
- US Visa or Doble Nationality

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
