This role participates in the timely delivery of high quality; value added assurance and audit reports for a portfolio of business activities relating to Consumer business, which meet the requirements of the Boards of Citigroup and Citibank, their affiliates and of Citi’s respective regulators, globally. **Responsibilities**: - Manage a small team of internal audit professionals that performs moderately complex audits - Complete assigned audits within budgeted timeframes, and budgeted costs - Monitor, assess, and recommend solutions to emerging risks - Contribute to the development of audit processes improvements, including the development of automated routines to help focus audit testing - Draft audit reports, and present issues to the business while discussing practical cross-functional solutions - Recommend appropriate and pragmatic solutions to risk and control issues - Develop internal audit staff, and provide coaching to team members **Qualifications**: - Five or more years of experience in the payments businesses and auditing technology including innovation initiatives and digital banking. - Good experience with Analytics Tools, auditing Data Management, Robotics or Artificial Intelligence and Risk Models is a plus. - Intermediate level experience in a related role with experience in business, functional and people management, with proven abilities in taking responsibility for issuing to stakeholders high quality deliverables according to strict timetables. - Understanding of local regulation and related risks and controls in addition to an understanding of the impact of US and local regulation. - Effective negotiation skills, a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues and strength in sustaining independent views. This individual must be an articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing, with an energetic, charismatic and approachable style. - Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of internal and external audit and management. - Fluent in English and Spanish **Education**: - BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience. - CISA, CIA, CFE, ACAMs is a plus. - INGLÉS AVANZADO - EXPERIENCIA COMO AUDITOR EN ÁREAS DE PAGOS. - **Job Family Group**: Internal Audit - **Job Family**: Audit - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
