This role participates in the timely delivery of high quality; value added assurance and audit reports for a portfolio of business activities relating to Consumer business, which meet the requirements of the Boards of Citigroup and Citibank, their affiliates and of Citi’s respective regulators, globally.**Responsibilities**:- Manage a small team of internal audit professionals that performs moderately complex audits- Complete assigned audits within budgeted timeframes, and budgeted costs- Monitor, assess, and recommend solutions to emerging risks- Contribute to the development of audit processes improvements, including the development of automated routines to help focus audit testing- Draft audit reports, and present issues to the business while discussing practical cross-functional solutions- Recommend appropriate and pragmatic solutions to risk and control issues- Develop internal audit staff, and provide coaching to team members**Qualifications**:- Five or more years of experience in the payments businesses and auditing technology including innovation initiatives and digital banking.- Good experience with Analytics Tools, auditing Data Management, Robotics or Artificial Intelligence and Risk Models is a plus.- Intermediate level experience in a related role with experience in business, functional and people management, with proven abilities in taking responsibility for issuing to stakeholders high quality deliverables according to strict timetables.- Understanding of local regulation and related risks and controls in addition to an understanding of the impact of US and local regulation.- Effective negotiation skills, a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues and strength in sustaining independent views.
