Your key responsibilities will be but not limited to:

- In this role, you will support an established team of US-based recruiters to build pipeline for a broad variety of roles for the US market.
- Work closely with US-based Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand niche role requirements and build strategic sourcing plan/timeline.
- Research current team to identify potential gaps to make data-driven recommendations and prioritize diversity in hiring decisions.

**Minimum requirements**

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Strong verbal and written English skills
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
- 3+ years of technical sourcing experience in an agency or in-house/corporate setting.
- Hands-on experience sourcing profiles for one of the following: data science, artificial intelligence, data analytics, data strategy or product management.
- Ability to prioritize and succeed in a highly ambiguous environment with competing demands.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
- Experience with Avature, LinkedIn Recruiter, Brassring is preferred
