Team Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Ops Manager to directly oversee two critical teams: the Sales Effectiveness team and the Portfolio Efficiency team. Your role will be to be acting as a facilitator to the commercial team (dashboard, tactics and tools) while seeking efficiencies in their processes.

Role Responsibilities:

- Setting strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness, focusing on optimizing sales processes and tools.
- Utilize data analytics (dashboards) to drive decisions, improve sales performance, and increase efficiency across teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative sales practices.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Oversee the integration and implementation of new sales tools and technologies.
- Regularly review and report on team performance against sales targets and strategic objectives and headcount efficiency.

Role Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership, ideally within the Food Delivery industry.
- Strong background in sales analytics and portfolio management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Project management experiences and Processes.
- More than 10 years of expertise.
- Advance level of English
